		<description>An unrelated comment:  All of the pages on this web site scroll very slowly in Firefox on Linux (Fedora Core 2).  I am not sure why.  I stripped the JavaScript on a test page, but the effect did not disappear.  When I sent this very page to the W3C Validator, it said that it was riddled with errors.  That is a problem in and of itself.</description>
